赛默飞世尔科技首席科学官Dr. Karen Nelson表示:“这些有志创新者的聪明才智,以及最重要的是他们想象出能产生持久影响的解决方案的能力,让他们脱颖而出。赛默飞世尔科技很荣幸能够支持这样的环境,让年轻人能够探索重大问题、与同龄人合作,并将自己视为下一代STEM领域的领导者。通过投资他们的成长历程,我们助力为所有人构建一个更具包容性和创新性的未来。”该赛事有着严格的参赛资格要求,在当地科学博览会中排名前10%的学生才有资格参加,它也是唯一一项将协会附属科学博览会作为STEM人才管道关键组成部分的中学STEM赛事。不仅如此,Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge每年通过协会的附属博览会网络,能覆盖到60000 名学生,为广大青少年提供了展示科创能力的机会。
